Getting Started

What is an AI readiness assessment?

An AI readiness assessment evaluates your organisation across 8 key dimensions — strategy, data, technology, talent, process, governance, culture, and financial readiness — to determine how prepared you are to successfully adopt and benefit from AI. Our assessment uses real AI (Claude by Anthropic) to analyse your responses and generate personalised insights.

How long does the Quick Scan take?

The Quick Scan takes about 2-5 minutes. You'll answer 24 targeted questions (3 per dimension) and receive instant AI-powered analysis with your scores, industry benchmarks, and recommendations.

Do I need to create an account?

No. The Quick Scan requires only your name, email, company name, and industry. No account creation, no credit card, no commitment. Your results are saved so you can access them later.

What do I get from the free Quick Scan?

You'll receive: an overall AI readiness score (0-100), scores across all 8 dimensions, your AI maturity stage, industry benchmarks, AI-generated recommendations, an implementation roadmap, and the ability to chat with our AI advisor about your results.

Assessment & Scoring

How is the AI readiness score calculated?

Your responses are scored using a weighted algorithm across 8 dimensions. The overall score is a weighted average, with strategy and data receiving slightly higher weights as foundational capabilities. Each dimension is scored 0-100 based on specific, measurable indicators.

What do the maturity stages mean?

We use a 5-stage maturity model: Beginning (0-20), Emerging (21-40), Developing (41-60), Advancing (61-80), and Leading (81-100). Each stage represents a level of AI adoption capability and provides specific guidance on what to focus on next.

How accurate are the industry benchmarks?

Our benchmarks are derived from aggregated assessment data and published research from McKinsey, Cisco, Deloitte, and other major consultancies. They represent typical scores for organisations in your industry and size bracket. As our assessment volume grows, benchmarks become more precise.

Can I take the assessment multiple times?

Yes. We recommend reassessing quarterly to track your progress. Each assessment creates a separate record, and our progress tracking shows how your scores change over time across all dimensions.

AI & Technology

What AI powers the analysis?

We use Claude by Anthropic — specifically Claude Sonnet for standard analysis, Claude Opus for enterprise analysis, and Claude Haiku for chat and recommendations. Our AI analyses your responses in context, considering your industry, company size, and specific answers to generate truly personalised insights.

Is the AI analysis real or pre-written?

100% real. Every analysis is generated fresh by Claude AI based on your specific responses. There are no pre-written templates, lookup tables, or placeholder text. You can verify this by taking the assessment twice with different answers — you'll get completely different analysis each time.

How does the AI chat advisor work?

After receiving your results, you can chat with our AI advisor. It has full context of your assessment — your scores, your industry, your company size — and can answer specific questions about your results, suggest next steps, and provide tailored guidance. It uses Claude Haiku for fast, cost-effective responses.

Pricing & Tiers

How much does it cost?

Quick Scan is completely free. Standard assessment is $149 AUD and includes deeper 56-question analysis, executive PDF report, and full AI roadmap. Enterprise is $499 AUD with 80-question comprehensive assessment, priority analysis using Claude Opus, and a detailed implementation plan.

What's the difference between tiers?

Quick Scan (Free): 24 questions, instant analysis, basic recommendations. Standard ($149): 56 questions, 8-dimension deep dive, executive PDF, AI roadmap, case studies. Enterprise ($499): 80 questions, Claude Opus analysis, comprehensive implementation plan, priority support.

Can I upgrade after taking the Quick Scan?

Yes. After completing a Quick Scan, you can upgrade to Standard or Enterprise. Your Quick Scan data helps inform the deeper assessment, so you don't start from scratch.

Data & Security

How is my data stored and protected?

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS RDS in the Sydney (ap-southeast-2) region. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use NextAuth.js for authentication with hashed passwords. We never share your individual assessment data with third parties.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your assessment data is not used to train any AI models. When we use Claude to analyse your responses, the data is processed according to Anthropic's commercial API terms, which explicitly prohibit using customer data for model training.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data from the dashboard settings page. This permanently removes your account, all assessments, reports, and chat history. This action cannot be undone.
